Celebrate the step you're on.

Waiting to hear back from a few submitted pieces for festivals and exhibits, and I have to remind myself: all of this is good. It's not conditional. Making moves towards your desired goal is worth celebrating all on its own. That goes for actions as an artist or simply just trying to get through the day if you have anxiety or depression. Big moves. Small moves. It all counts. Just keep moving forward, it feels better.
